Basic shipping is $9.95 to local delivery areas. Same day service is available if the order is received before 1pm local time.

Rush and after-hours delivery services are available for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any purchase for refund or exchange, but we ask that you report any problems within 24 hours of delivery. MrRose.com is not responsible for any damage due to neglect or abuse of the flowers, including failure to provide appropriate water and flower food.
